Pizza Peers- Coming Soon!

Private peer advisory boards for serious independent pizza operators.

Running an independent pizza company can be a lonely job.

You may have managers, employees, vendors, accountants, and friends in the industry—but very few people you can sit down with, open the books, talk honestly about what is happening inside the company, and know they truly understand the owner’s chair.

Pizza Peers is being built to change that.

I’m putting together small, confidential peer advisory Boards for established independent pizza operators who want stronger profits, cleaner operations, better people systems, and companies worth owning.

Each Board will consist of five carefully matched operators from noncompeting markets.

Members will meet for four full Board days each year, with monthly accountability between meetings. We’ll bring real numbers, real operating issues, and real decisions into the room.

No vendors pitching.

No generic restaurant coaching.

No motivational nonsense.

Just experienced pizza operators helping experienced pizza operators build better companies.

Why I’m building it

I bought my first Domino’s store at 28.

It was struggling, and I had to learn how to fix it from the inside—sales, food, labor, service, hiring, managers, cash flow, financing, and everything else that comes with owning the place when everyone is looking at you for the answer.

I eventually built a four-store company, reached financial independence, and sold the business at a premium 20 years later.

One lesson stayed with me:

Good operators should not have to figure everything out alone.

Professionals in many other industries have serious peer advisory groups where experienced owners can challenge one another, compare businesses, share experience, and make better decisions.

Independent pizza operators deserve the same thing.

That is Pizza Peers.

The first Pizza Peers Board

I am currently speaking with a small number of established independent pizza operators about becoming the founding members of the first Board.

The right member is not determined simply by store count.

I’m looking for operators who run legitimate businesses, know their numbers, are willing to share honestly, can take direct feedback, have experience worth contributing, and genuinely want to become better at what they do.

If that sounds like you—or someone you know—I’d like to have a conversation.

Pizza Peers is coming soon.
