QSR & Fast Casual Growth & Scalability Advisor
Profitable Enough to Survive.
Independant Enough to Thrive.
Systemitized Enough to Scale.
Helping Growth-Oriented QSR and Fast-Casual Restaurant Operators Build More Profitable, Independent, and Scalable Businesses.
Why I Do This Work
Starting with $15,000 at age 27, I spent the next 20 years building, operating, and scaling Domino's Pizza restaurants before retiring financially independent at age 47!
Along the way, I learned that most profitability problems are not caused by a lack of effort.
They are caused by operational bottlenecks, inconsistent leadership, weak systems, and businesses that have become too dependent on the owner.
Today, I help owners identify and remove those constraints so they can improve profitability, strengthen operations, reduce owner dependence, and prepare their businesses for sustainable growth.
The Three Pillars of Sustainable Growth
PROFITABILITY
A business must generate sufficient profit to reinvest, withstand challenges, and support future growth.
Independence
A business must develop leaders, accountability, and decision-making systems that reduce dependence on the owner.
The Operational Profitability Framework™
The Profitable Operations Diagnostic™ is conducted using the Operational Profitability Framework™, a methodology developed through more than two decades of building, operating, and scaling restaurant businesses.
The framework evaluates five core areas:
Labor & Scheduling
Layout & Workflow
Throughput & Execution
Leadership & Accountability
Systems & Processes
These five areas work together to strengthen the Three Pillars of Sustainable Growth
Who I Help
I work with QSR and Fast Casual owners and operators who:
Want to improve profitability without sacrificing service
Feel trapped in the day-to-day operation
Are preparing to expand or add locations
Are experiencing growing pains as they scale
Want stronger management systems and accountability
Need help identifying operational bottlenecks that are limiting profitability, consistency, and growth
Want to reduce their dependence on being involved in every decision
Scalability
Business must be built on systems, processes, and operational discipline that allow growth without creating chaos.
Common Symptoms
You may benefit from a Profitable Operations Diagnostic if:
Labor costs seem higher than they should be
Sales are growing but profits are not
Management performance is inconsistent
One location consistently outperforms another
You feel like the business depends too much on you
Expansion is creating more complexity than expected
Your operation feels reactive instead of intentional
You cannot confidently step away without worrying about what will happen
How The Process Works
Step 1
Profitable Operations Diagnostic™
Identify the operational constraints limiting profitability, independence, and scalability.
Step 2
90-Day Guided Implementation
Implement the highest-priority improvements through accountability, coaching, leadership development, and operational guidance.
Step 3
Operational Advisory Program
Continue strengthening leadership, accountability, systems, organizational development, and growth readiness through ongoing advisory support.
The Goal
The goal is simple:
Build a business that is:
Profitable Enough to Survive.
Independent Enough to Thrive.
Systemized Enough to Scale.
Because sustainable growth is not created through owner heroics.
It is created through profitability, leadership, accountability, and operational discipline.
A business that depends on the owner for every decision will eventually reach a ceiling.
A business built on strong leaders, effective systems, and operational excellence can continue growing long after the owner steps away from day-to-day operations.
Schedule a Discovery Conversation
If you're experiencing operational bottlenecks, inconsistent performance, management challenges, owner dependence, or growing pains associated with expansion, the Profitable Operations Diagnostic™ can help identify the constraints limiting your next stage of growth.
The first step is a discovery conversation where we'll discuss your operation, current challenges, growth objectives, and determine whether the diagnostic is the right fit.
Let's discuss what's holding the business back and what it will take to move it forward!
